Occupational Health and Safety Policy

De La Fuente International Movers, S.L., in its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy, aims to define and establish the principles and criteria governing actions related to safety and health at work.
Based on the ISO 45001:2018 standard, it commits to providing safe and healthy working conditions in order to improve safety, health, and well-being levels within the organization by integrating injury prevention and the safeguarding of workers’ health into the company culture. This policy is broken down into the following general objectives:
    • Acknowledge that the Safety and Health of our employees is as important as quality, productivity, and excellence in their activities.

    • Achieve a high level of health and safety at work, meeting legal requirements and other relevant standards in occupational risk prevention (PRL) as a minimum legal reference.

    • Promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, monitoring workers’ health through protocols related to their activities and associated risks.

    • Facilitate worker consultation and allow their participation in all matters affecting Occupational Health and Safety.

    • Guarantee that workers receive training in occupational safety and health, which is sufficient and adequate for the proper execution of their tasks, while encouraging awareness and training as drivers of change in OHS.

    • Provide the DLF Spain team with the necessary human and material resources to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to Occupational Health and Safety.

    • Maintain communication both internally and with customers and other stakeholders regarding all elements of the Management System as required by the standard.

    • Establish continuous improvement of working conditions as a fundamental principle, developing, applying, and maintaining a management model to continuously improve the effectiveness of our processes within Occupational Health and Safety.

  • Ensure that the OHS Policy is known, understood, implemented, and kept up to date by all levels of the organization.
These principles are embraced by Management, ensuring they have the necessary resources for compliance and communicating them to interested parties via the company website and the internal bulletin board.
Based on these guidelines, the company establishes and reviews its Occupational Health and Safety objectives, considering the prevention of occupational hazards as a top priority.
