Quality and Environmental Policy
De La Fuente International Movers, S.L. defines its Quality and Environmental Policy as “the continuous improvement of all processes and services,” and it is implemented through all the actions described in its Integrated Management System, based on the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
De La Fuente International Movers defines its scope as:
“Comprehensive moving and storage services, national and international.”
“Document recycling and confidential document destruction management.”
This policy is broken down into the following general objectives:
- Satisfy the expectations of our customers, both internal and external, regarding the performance of our activities and their potential environmental impact.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, both environmental and quality-related, as well as other requirements the company subscribes to.
- Enhance human resources through training and development programs at all levels.
- Assess and ensure the technical competence of staff, as well as encourage appropriate motivation for their participation in the continuous improvement of the company’s key processes.
- Prevent pollution and save energy by minimizing negative impacts on the environment, keeping these aspects within acceptable values to ensure quality in the services provided and the preservation of the natural environment.
- Maintain communication internally, as well as with customers and other interested parties, regarding all elements of the Management System required by the standard.
- Establish continuous improvement as the fundamental guiding principle, optimizing human and material resources for the permanent improvement of process effectiveness, while respecting and protecting the environment.
- Make the Quality and Environmental Policy available to interested parties, accessible on the company bulletin board, the company website, and available to the public when requested.
These principles are adopted by the Management, ensuring they have the necessary resources for compliance and informing interested parties through the company’s website and the internal bulletin board.
Based on these guidelines, the company establishes and reviews its Quality and Environmental objectives, as well as the results derived from monitoring energy efficiency.
